    Fellow worker recently showed up with his Nutrisystem "pizza" - a cookie looking thing with some brown sauce to put on it that made me think of a colostomy bag. If my weight loss plan came down to a choice between eating that or not eating, chalk one vote up for starvation.

    I tried Nutrisystem for a couple of months last year.

    Here's what you need to know:

    The dehydrated Mac and Cheese with Beef is not nearly as bad as the description would indicate.

    The main flavor: salty.

    The alleged chocolate is the nastiest, grittiest stuff you'll ever try.

    And the eggs are really gross.
