Was flipping through the channels and caught the end of an infomercial about this. Has anyone here tried it? It runs about 10 bucks a day and renews every 28 days until you cancel. That can obviously add up quickly for a bunch of us here. For those who have tried it, if there are any, is the cost worth it?

Worked with someone who did the program, and it delivered as advertised. She left the program and ballooned back to her original weight in no time.

I think that's how it works. The food's so bad you don't eat.

Don't go on a diet. They are not permanent. The results don't last, as Smasher noted.
Change your eating habits. Change your activity habits. Change your lifestyle.

Unrelated, but Nexium is wonderful. Going on three months now without a single instance of heartburn. And I haven't changed jobs yet, so it must be the drugs.

Lost 50 pounds in the past year. Lowered blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesteral, etc.
Did it by just eating right and exercising. You don't gimmicks. You just need to live a balanced, healthy life.
