Nudist camp for teenagers?

This story is from 2003, but I just read it today, and since I had never heard of this concept, wanted to share.

Anyway, I'm surprised on a number of levels: 1) I would have thought this illegal. The potential for trouble here seems through the roof, both from a child endangerment standpoint and from the standpoing of the campers hooking up, passing around STDs and getting pregnant.
2) No way in hell I could have done a nudist camp as a 15-year-old. I would have been intimidated being naked constantly around other guys, while sporting a near constant erection walking past naked girls all day.
