NTSB recommends nationwide ban on cell phones while driving

    You have to get caught for them to enforce it.

    See a cop, hang up or pull out the earpiece like I do.

    Maybe the person in the car next to me can call the cops on me, oh, wait. :)

    We all have seen proof that driving and cell phone use doesn't mix. You're behind someone going 20 mph under the speed limit; when you finally get around them, you look and see that they're so engrossed in their conversation that they're obviously not able to properly operate the vehicle. I really don't care if Verizon and Sprint don't sell as many phones because of a ban while driving. This is an easy call.
