I thought it was WAY too long, and I simply couldn't coax myself to read it all. I didn't see anything particularly special about the writing, but maybe I missed something.

Can anyone explain what I just read?

 

It's a piece of fiction from a collection of short stories.
Some experimental writing from a college professor, and I'll probably go looking for the book at my local Barnes.
I liked the line about the kid having a bad game because he touched a girl's boob earlier in the week.

 

OK, now it makes a bit more sense. But not a lot. That was weird. Funny at times, but weird.

 

Wait, some of you thought it was real?

 

I didn't think it was real, per se, but I didn't completely understand what it was, either. It's just ... bizarre. Feels a bit out of context, or something.

I dreamed last night I was feeling up my high school biology teacher while my youth pastor gave me a foot massage.

 

Pretty sly. And the score was up high, so that's good.

 

Well, I WAS wondering how the hell North Carolina's basketball season could already be wrapping up when their schools just now started their years.
