Now here is a good argument for infrastructure improvements

    This is a story about research showing Washington DC has the worst traffic in the country. But, there are some interesting nuggets in it about how, when the economy gets better, congestion always gets worse. And our existing transportation system is woefully out-of-date, and federal gas taxes and tolls are woefully inadequate to fix anything.
