    No. The South Bend Tribune story YF linked to says they actually notified them on Sept. 10, when she died.

    The Indiana department of labor fined Notre Dame $77,500 for five violations.

    Edit: When I posted it, it said the fine was $77,500 or so I thought. When I just checked the link it said $22,500. There was also a separate fine of $55,000.

    Not sure if it was changed or if I just misread it.

    The people who should be fired are the ones who were holding a gun on him and not letting him come down after he had tweeted how scared he was.

    Still waiting for those people to be identified, though.
