Nothing says credibility like a nude centerfold

The brutal "double issue" a few months ago was ample evidence that Playboy ain't what it used to be.

 

Sorry to say, Double J: that Maxim shot is most assuredly not Heather Mitts. Unless she's has some rather major surgery to her face and chest recently.

While I've obviously flipped through friends' copies, I've only bought one issue of Playboy in my life. The one from a few years ago with Kylie Bax on the cover.

And the post-firing interview with Bobby Knight.

If that Maxim pic is Mitts, it looks nothing at all like her.

 

I have to say, I just Googled her and found the images. The chest did look different but I wondered if she had just undergone some, um, renovations. The picture was included in a group of others, all noted as being Mitts, so if that's not her, my apologies.

Whoever it is still looks good, though.

Playboy was made irrelevant by the Internet long long ago. When you can see anything you want for free, why buy a magazine? Same thing with SI swimsuit issue. Might even be viewed in hindsight as a precursor to troubles newspapers have had.

Oh, and Heather Mitts ... hay carrumba

 

I have one copy of PLayboy and got it by accident. Its the Sept., 2001 issue with the Cal State Fullerton track chick.
