They have also moved a video screen grab and a close up of Saddam dangling.

Any paper out there going to run it?

I can't get that one to open. But Mystery_Meat posted a link on the Saddam thread earlier that might be the same thing.

It's hardly worth watching.

It does look like Hussein, but the camera jogs a lot.

AP also has the video, and NYPost.com has a link to see the video as well, but I need to download something something to make it work.

I was just curious to see if anyone would actually use the pictures. The one of him dangling is pretty F-ed up.
I'd post the photo the AP moved, but I don't know how.
Just get on the wire and look for it if you are at work. AP has two, one right before he drops and the other of him after with the noose around his neck.

 

Authentic, no question.

Looks like someone snuck in a small camera. Note how camera walks up stairs after Saddam is almost ready to get the noose.

View this along with the NYT story on how the execution was carried out and the back and forth between Saddam and the Shiites. Great stuff.
