    Ask China. They are financing our deficit, so they can probably spare a billion or two. Our money supply is a big shell game anyway, so I'd say here you go, but put the country on an installment plan. $100 a week for the end of time,

    Funny how South Korea can blossom after the war, and all North Korea can do is continue to spend all its money on its military.
