North Dakota to NCAA: Prepare to lawyer up

    Maybe the NCAA can get Ann Coulter to be their lawyer.

    UND's been around since 1883, even before statehood. Maybe ND stole it from the Sioux.

    Seeing the NCAA get smacked down would make my day, every day for weeks.

    I can't see any way the NCAA wins this if it goes to court.

    I also think the only reason they dropped the hammer on UND was because of Ralph Engelstad.

    I'm not sure what that has to do with the trademark, but for what it's worth, Notre Dame was founded in 1842.
