Not to rip on anyone's religion, but come on. And how is Cyndi Lauper under the "safe" bands? Just thought this was pretty funny.

I love how they differentiate that Elton John is "really gay."

 

Yeah, he's ultra gay?

But how did some of these make the list, because they don;t hate gay people.

 

This could make a good line from 40 year old virgin. And how was Pansy Division not on the list?

 

What's the debate on Morrisey?

Were they sitting around the office going, "He could be gay, but he might just really suck?"

 

WTF? Metallica? SportsJournalists.com fave Lisa Loeb? Cole Porter?

These people even said the Village People are bad. The Village People? WTF?!?

 

I always hesar Kirk Hammett (sp?) may be gay? But this list is funny. I never thought of Lisa Loeb as a gay icon or anything, just a nearly 40 year old with Hello Kitty stuff and a crappy love life. At least that's what her show made her out to be.
