    Well, an addendum to that memo prohibits anyone voicing their opinion about the original memo.

    "Readers already have a hard enough time separating opinion from the news and it’s our job to help readers do just that. It’s especially important in the last days before an election."

    Teaching the readers the difference between news stories and commentary would be a good start.
