    A major college in the south had two separate ceremonies for its signing class yesterday. At the first of the two, the coach stood up and said, "Recruiting Web sites are a joke. Rivals. Scout. All of them. And they're a joke because the ratings they give to players are directly proportional to the number of hits on the site."
