    Look, Steyn's a charlatan, which I have every reason to know on a personal basis. But how in the hell is this complaint legal? If it is, then the law's an ass. This is regulation of political opinion, period, by the government. This sucks.
     
  2. Anyone can file a complaint, right? Doesn't mean it's going to stand.

    That's pretty much how our system works, too.
