    What I might say publicly, "you like players to be aggressive, but he's going to have to learn that there's a time and a place to be aggressive and there's a time and a place not to take needless chances."

    What I'd say privately: "Dude, you fucked up. You KNOW better than that. I'm finding your ass $1,000 and I'm benching you for the next two games. And the team is going to run suicides at 8 a.m. tomorrow morning."
