    That SE also likely is checking out this board to see a.) who blows him for his magnificent work -- maybe the football coach and the SID will! -- and b.) to see who's trashing his rag. You don't happen to work in Abilene, do you?

    Eh, maybe. Maybe not. I know a number of people who are clueless about this place. Too wrapped up in their own lives to get on a message board to bitch about stuff.

    After you fire up the resume and send out 10 copies to papers all over the place, document all your SE's hackish ways and email a letter to your publisher. if you were super ballsy, you'd CC romenekso on it, but not even i'd do that (without another job lined up).
