    It may have more to do with preventing overexposure in general than any perceived connection to ESPN.

    No.

    The "other crap" is 10 consecutive black players on the cover, four of whom play a position played by Brady and Manning, who have four SB rings and 3 SB MVPs between them (No SB wins for the Madden cover QBs).

    Those are the simple facts.

    You can read into it or not. But all I posted were facts.

    I do find it... "interesting."

    Who would have guessed that, all these years, Madden's man crush on Favre was really just a cover for his militant black panther ideals. I bet in the Madden Cruiser, on his nightstand, it's nothing but copies of Invisible Man, Native Son, and the Autobiography of Marcus Garvey.
