I'll say it and I don't care who gets offended: Burkina Faso can sink into the ocean for all I care. Screw you Burkina Faso-ites!

Sure you were all right when you were known as Upper Volta, but ever since the name change you can go to hell!

Personally, I trust Luxemborg about as far as I can throw it.

And I know we're not supposed to bash Canadians but this is Quebec so it's only partially Canadian. :)

    http://www.cbc.ca/canada/montreal/story/2007/03/14/qc-longueuilbar20070314.html

A bar in Montreal is fined $16,000 for refusing to serve two black men because they'd be bad for business.

The case reaches back to September 2003 when Seydou Diallo and Mamadou Gologo went to Resto Bar Le Surf in Longueuil, and were told to leave because the establishment had a policy barring blacks.

Lemyre, who created the policy, said the rule was in place because black customers hurt his business. The rule was exposed after Journal de Montréal journalist Stéphane Alarie visited the bar disguised as a black man.

    and I love this part:

The Le Surf co-owner is not happy with the $16,000 fine, and said he will appeal again.

"That's a lot of money for what I did. I didn't kill anyone," Lemyre said.

Roy never did anything to you!

(I'm so getting a 4X5 foot Roy Lichtenstein poster for my new place. He's my favorite.)
