Not to threadjack my own thread, but I have a game at home called Superpowers. You take control of a nation and have certain goals to accomplish.

I chose Brazil, built up a massive military, then conquered every single South and Central American nation, saving French Guiana for last. That takeover prompted the French to try and invade Brazil, but I sent those frogs back across the ocean.

 

Besting the French? Is that the best you can do? I suppose you'll graduate to burning ants with a magnifying glass.
