NO!? A no-no for the Mets? Could be *** (or not)

Some dude whose name I can't remember (I think his last name is Gee) is making his major league debut. No hits for the Nats through five.

And before the wiseasses weigh in with their lame and old Nats jokes, the Nats have been hitting the shit out of the ball lately.

Dillon Gee. They just flashed it on the screen.

Nats had a debut pitcher tonight, too. Cuban guy they signed earlier in the summer, Yunesky Maya. Looked great after the first, when Ike Davis hit one back to New York.

Gee has walked two but hasn't really come close to giving up a hit.

Heh heh. It worked. Willie Harris cranks one out to open the sixth. Oh well.

Strasburg's elbow is blown out. What else is karma going to do? This debt is paid and then some.

So you're spending house money then?

    I guess that's fair.

Ah I can hear the ads now: "Need a no-hitter broken up? Splitting with your SO? Trying to get rid of a clingy girlfriend? Just ask Moddy ..."
