It's going to be interesting to see what Kentucky does this season. The past two seasons in Lexington have shown that chemistry can make the difference between a talented group of freshmen winning a championship or losing in the first round of the NIT. Some people were surprised Julius Randle chose UK because it was pretty well known in Texas high school and AAU basketball circles that he and the Harrison Twins hated each other. Reading between the lines of some of the stories written about Wiggins it seemed like he wasn't much of a fan of the twins even before the video.

Kentucky is going to be insanely deep and talented next year, but there could be issues with only one ball to go around and their two best guards already having a tendency to rub people the wrong way.

I wonder what difference in first shoe contract money would be for a kid who tries that route vs. the college route.

That may be the fly in the ointment that prevents more kids from trying the Brandon Jennings type thing. If you put in your unpaid college year and lead a team to a final four and become a better known national name, then I presume Nike or Adidas will pay you more.

And then puts it right back down again.

Hey, if Drew Carey buys into the team, all those Cleveland fans would show up, too.
