NJ Middle Schooler Booted From School For "Jesus" Costume

    Fair enough. I have always been very sensitive regarding the separation of church and state, but even I can't understand a non-Christian being offended by the kid's costume. I have met some Christians who would be upset by it.

    There is an added note of irony missing from this story.
    A number of towns/school districts in the same County have banned Halloween celebrations in school because the Evangelical Christians complained about it being a pagan holiday that glorified satan.

    I went to Catholic school every day dressed as a deist (or Unitarian) who wouldn't conform to some of their looney-tunes laws.
