Too bad Oliver Miller and/or Stanley Roberts aren't still in college and playing for the 'Cuse.

There's a reason NIKE can buy and sell Reebok, Converse and Adidas.

Becuase they think outside the box, and what may not work for someone else, NIKE will find a way to make it work.

The more I think about it, the shorts look more like gaucho pants than capris.

Big blousy gaucho pants. Almost as big and fluffy as a poodle skirt.

I kinda like the Orange lettering and gray numbers on the whites...
but to see those things in orange could be very scary.

Gaucho pants, perfect! That's what I was trying to think of!

But from afar you can't really see it. That's why some blue trim would be nice. Or perhaps a darker orange.

I'm a guy that's usually for the "modern" unis. But those are awful.

According to Whitlock and no other source, the Nike designers created such large baggy "shorts" because they are gay and and are wantonly propositioning college boys for sex.

the tops look like track unis, especially the ones with long sleeves.
The bottoms look like, umm, what everyone else said ...

Actually, I think adidas (or somebody ... hell, it could have been Nike for all I can remember) tried this back in 1985. I remember Jimmy Valvano came out and modeled the damn thing.

It was awful with a capital A.W.F.U.L. Guess it only took 20 years for the damn thing to reappear.

They all look like Rafael Nadal.

Nike tried these about 20 years ago, only without the baggy pants...predictably, they didn't catch on.

I'm surprised Oregon didn't debut them.
