    He might be missing a few more autographs than he realizes --- unless he has managed to get all the regional covers that have watered down the SI Cover status.

    He mentioned spending in excess of $300,000 on the pursuit, plus having multiple copies of each issue, so I imagine he might even be counting those.

    The least they can do is exhume the body and put a pen in her hand...

    It's an unhappy ending, but the collector will probably sleep better now that he knows where she is.

    Wow. She died the same day the SI collector was interviewed.

    The Times ran an obit on her that included a picture from her modeling career. She waqs a Miss America finalist.
