    What impresses me most about the Vikings now is their culture under Zimmer.

    I covered Green (paranoia), Tice (buffoonery) and Childress (back to paranoia). Can't speak to the Frazier era but they never seemed to concerned on the details with him. Zigy finally got it right with a guy who was a first time HC in his fifties.

    Sometimes there is value in NOT hiring the hot young assistant I suppose.
