This is some serious gamesmanship by the NFL. Without a standard of when games get postponed or cancelled and played there’s a shitton of competitive questions that need answering. If it’s just Newton and Chiefs back upQB why postpone game? But if it’s 4-7 nondescript players on another team it’s suck it up and play.

Because players are still testing positive on the Titans.

Class, who sat in the same meeting rooms with Newton and the Chiefs' backup this week. Hint: It's named after a position.

You know, this isn't the first time a player has tested positive right before a game. Last week A.J. Terrell of the Falcons came up positive on Friday (same day as Cam). Atlanta played Sunday. So far nothing else has come from it.

I know, but for now the league is talking about rescheduling for Monday or Tuesday. I don't think they get it in as part of the Week 4 slate at all.

That is part of why they are still talking about trying to get Patriots-Chiefs in this week, to see if anybody else tests positive. It does seem wrong that the league moved one game due to a player testing positive on Friday, but didn't do it last week.

One other thing to think about for tomorrow, or the next few weeks: What happens if Trump dies.

Goodell does not want to make the same mistake Pete Rozelle did.

Given the possible state of affairs league-wide, they’d probably welcome the opportunity to have a bye week.

Can you imagine what would happen if they play the game and the players kneel?
