Flutie in the No. 2 Bears jersey is the funniest picture I've seen around here in a long while. He looks like an extra from "Honey, I Shrunk da Bears."

That's what he played like, too.

It looks like Aaron Rodgers welched on a bet where he would have had to wear an Alex Smith jersey all week in exchange for getting Boyz II Men to sing the anthem at the Packers-Niners game.

If the Packers had won, the band would have had to wear a Rodgers jersey, if the Niners won, Rodgers would have to wear a Smith jersey.

Rodgers was one of my favorite players to cover, but he needs to man up here...

I read something yesterday that he's delaying it because of the short week.

That would be fine... I hope that's the case...

His exact quote was something about how it was more a dare than a bet. Not sure how that changes things.

FWIW, Rodgers and Smith are good friends and Rodgers grew up as a big time 49ers fan.

I remember asking him about it at the combine when the assumption was that the Niners were going to take him with the top pick. He wore a Joe Montana T-shirt under his pads when he was at Cal.
