Steroid freak Merriman just cheap-shotted Vince Young to the ground.

Following a Grant TD scamper, Oakland kills themselves with penalties, and Green Bay runs back a punt for a TD.

    14-0 Packers.

Before the game starts, I just want to thank Anthony Smith for stepping into Joey Porter's shoes. The Steelers really were missing a blowhard, but now I think they are set.

Lions defense holds, but they better start scoring some touchdowns and not getting held to field goals.

By the way, I thought the Cowboys had a really good run defense yet the Lions are running the ball on them. The same Kevin Jones that rushed for 1 yard last week.

91/2 minutes left in the first half, Bills up 31-7 on the Flounder.

(Hell ... it's a more appropriate nickname than Dolphins at this point.)

There's a touchdown! 20-7 Lions, thought I fully expect the Cowboys to score a touchdown here going into half and then rolling Detroit in the second half.

Cowboys' defense has been awful here in the first half.

Detroit, on the other hand, seems to be doing a good job on TO, using the novel concept of rolling an extra guy toward Owens. Strange that any team would think of that after watching TO run free for the last four weeks.

And the Cowboys score. How much will they end up beating the Lions by? 14? 21?
