Eh, no witty thread title this week. But here are the lines.

    Thursday
    NO (-7.5) at DAL

    Sunday early
    BAL at ATL (-1)
    DEN (-5) at CIN
    LAR (-10) at DET
    ARI at GB (-14)
    BUF at MIA (-4)
CHI at NYG (NL - Trubisky)
    CAR (-3.5) at TB
    IND (-4) at JAX
    CLE at HOU (-5.5)

    Sunday late afternoon
    NYJ at TEN (-7.5)
    KC (-15) at OAK
    MIN at NE (-5.5)
    SF at SEA (-10)

    Sunday night
    LAC at PIT (-3.5)

    Monday night
    WSH at PHI (-6.5)

    Early thoughts:
    * Dallas probably needs to give it to Zeke 40 times tonight just to keep the New Orleans offense off the field. There's a recipe for an upset there, and it definitely involves ball control.
    * I know Arizona sucks, but Green Bay is 4-6-1 and a two-TD favorite? If the Packers were 9-2, is that line -25?
    * The Redskins have a weird way of winning games in seemingly impossible situations, and that's where they are Monday. The Eagles aren't good, but Colt McCoy on Monday night on the road ... well, he's won in that situation before.
    * Cleveland-Houston is the sneaky fun game Sunday.

Eagles defense is in no way good enough to be giving 6 1/2 to any team, no matter how injured it is.

Watch the dysfunctional Jags beat Indy. The Colts' winning streak isn't running through Week 17.

Brees isn't Brees tonight. The Cowboys are executing their game plan to perfection, keeping the Saints offense off the field.

One common trait with any quarterback is that they don't like pressure. The Cowboys get good pressure off the edges and their interior aren't letting him step up comfortably. Moving well in the pocket has always been a big part of his game and he wasn't doing that in the first half.

I swear, it looked like there's something wrong with Brees' arm or shoulder. He had no zip on his passes, looking like a high school sophomore thrown into action when the senior starter gets injured.

I would call last night's game the second most surprising upset of the year. #1 is still the Bills going to Minnesota and beating the vikings.

The Lions beating the Pats on SNF has to be up there, too.

Half the people rooting for the Cowboys, half against. Still don't know why the 'boys have a hard time filling that place with their own fans.
