NFLPA claims NFL owners colluded to prevent teams from offering fully guaranteed contracts

The NFLPA is arguing that teams are colluding to keep top quarterbacks from getting fully-guaranteed contracts. Their evidence is the insane contract the Browns gave Deshaun Watson. Not that I don't think the owners wouldn't collude, but that is a ridiculous basis for the claim. Watson's contract is insane, but it is also what the Browns had to do in order to get Watson to agree to the trade. They didn't care how much they had to compromise their integrity or their salary cap to get him.

The truth will lie not in what people "think" but in the cell phones and emails of the owners and GMs. Are they stupid enough to write their thoughts down? Well the MLB owners/GMs were. I think the NFL folks are arrogant enough to have done this; but again what I think is irrelevant. The arbitrator will decide and hopefully the NFLPA didn't give away the bank in how the arbitrator is going to be chose (someone truly fair, not ahem like Goodell).

Going to give the Lions credit for selecting Hutchinson, did you see his INT last Sunday? That guy is a stud.

SNF will have Tirico, Dungy and Garrett on the call.

Who needs a food coma? We'll all be asleep by the second possession.
