Since I turned off yet another unwatchable game between two pathetic teams a half-hour ago, it's time to look ahead.
One simple question: Do the Jets, really a mediocre team, have any realistic chance of winning in Tennessee?

    Yes.

With the offensive skill the Jets have and the o-line play, they can win any game they play.

YEs, because they aren't mediocre, they're inconsistent. Which means they are worldbeaters one day & garbage another. Get the right day & they certainly can beat the Titans. Probably won't but they can.

Inconsistent is a much better word, guy. But they also tend to get leads and not put teams away... like the Pats last Thursday

That's the real reason for the early start, he didn't want to get scooped.

Too bad, since it's a good game -- 13-7. Two good TD drives in a row.

favre gives the jets the ol' "puncher's chance" om any game he plays. but this is a very tough matchup for the jets. titans are stout vs. the run so that reduces the play-action effectiveness for favre.

but i can certainly picture the jets winning a close one. though i can more easily imagine a favre interception-fest. he's due for one of those, too.

I almost wish I turned this game off. Why in the world did I decide to watch a Browns game with no alcohol on hand??

Even the Browns can't fuck this up, right?
