NFL Week 1 thread

Okay, so maybe the Patriots will only win by 20 or so thanks to the slow start. The Steelers still can't cover and they still can't get pressure on Brady.

And I'm sure it was just coincidence that the visiting team once again had technical difficulties at Gillette Stadium tonight.

 

On third down, no less.

 

Doesn't mean much if the Steelers can't get their shit together. Then again, they've never been able to handle Gronkowski.

 

Helmets are great.

 

Brown happens to be one of the few Steelers playing worth a damn, so anything he does to his own head can be excused.

Also, D'Angelo Williams sure has a hell of a lot more left in the tank than I thought.

 

He came into the season with fewer career carries than LeSean McCoy. His legs aren't 32.

 

Wow, was that a horrible play call.
