Description: NFL Network is looking for a Vice President of Affiliate Distribution. The Vice President will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for creating revenue growth, maintaining positive affiliate relations and achieving assigned subscriber targets.

Responsibilities
• This individual will manage distribution negotiation efforts for NFL Network
• Develop and recommend strategies to increase subscribers and subscription revenues for NFL Network
• Plans, directs and controls Affiliate Distribution negotiation activities
• Develops affiliate strategies to recommend and execute subscriber number growth and retention strategies
• Maintain and build positive relationships with key affiliates and prospects
• Works with internal League departments including Digital Media, Broadcasting, PR and Marketing to develop affiliate strategy and initiatives
• Negotiates with affiliates partners at top levels
• Calls on and builds ongoing relations with MSO accounts
• Analyze market data and developments, and identify competitive strengths and weaknesses, and strategic/tactical opportunities
• Makes regular input into strategies for the affiliate distribution function
• Negotiates complex deals, at top management level, that affect major aspects of company performance
• Oversight of the implementation and tracking of key initiatives with distribution partners

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred.
• 10-15 + years of affiliate experience
• Excellent negotiation skills, strong understanding of deal structures and contracts
