    Dumbest dumbass in football would have to be 49ers cornerback Tarell Brown, who skipped the 49ers' off-season workouts, thereby voluntarily dropping his 2013 salary from $2.925 million to $925,000.

    And why the union heavily resisted for two years to even get a population baseline on HGH even though it agreed to HGH testing in the last CBA. It's quite widespread.

    No, that's not possible. Only baseball has a steroid problem. Football solved it in the late '80s except for Shawne Merriman's accidental positive.
