Figured this is important enough to start its own thread instead of just cluttering up the other thread.

The NFL schedule thread on page 2 wasn't worth keeping up?

Anyway, by my count, a staggering six teams have no prime time appearances in 2009. Even more shocking, the Browns get 2.

You left your blue font at home, Kevin.

I would post on this thread, but I'm too busy with my NFL schedule release party to notice it.

This is so awesome. I'm all a-tingle.

I hope you aren't suggesting that all 32 should automatically be guaranteed a prime time game at some point over the season.

BTW, the missing six are Cincy, KC, Detroit, TB, Seattle and St. Louis.

And why was there a need to turn this into a 7 p.m. release? It's not like it was a lottery, everyone already knew the teams they were playing, just not the order.

My favorite team is playing 16 games this season. [/trying to avoid Steelers-jack font]

I can't believe you had a schedule-release party at the same time as me, thereby forcing our mutual friends to choose. Major faux pas, dude.

Hell, I think BYH just stayed home.

No primetime games for Seattle, but Cleveland gets two?

    Huh. That's dumb.

I'm having a West coast release party, but three hours later.

Those Seahawks have such a national following compared to the Browns. Yes, if these matchups were simply based on talent it would be dumb, but bean counters are influencing this decision.
