NFC North champion: Packers - At least they made the playoffs.
NFC West champion: Niners, by default - A tough pick given the Division.
NFC East champion: Cowboys, by default Did I really make this pick? = FAIL
NFC South champion: Saints - At least they made the playoffs
    Wild Card: Vikings = FAIL
Wild Card: Eagles - At least they made the playoffs.

AFC North champion: Ravens - At least they made the playoffs.
AFC West champion: Chargers = FAIL
AFC East champion: Jets - At least they made the playoffs.
AFC South champion: Colts - Finally got one right. The same one that everyone got right.
Wild Card: Patriots - Well, they made the playoffs, but this is FAIL
Wild Card: Bengals - Triple FAIL

NFC Champion: Packers - Still could happen. Doubt it though.
AFC Champion: Ravens - Don't hate the pick, but it will be the Pats.
Super Bowl Champion: Packers - Nope, it will be the Pats.

MVP: Aaron Rodgers - Didn't even make the Pro Bowl.
Defensive player of the year: Patrick Willis - He'll win one at some point.
Rookie of the Year: Ryan Mathews. Not good.
Coach of the Year: Mike Singletary - OUCH.
First coach fired: Tom Cable - Well, he was fired.

Summary: 7 of the 12 teams I picked to make the playoffs did. Not a total fail, but certainly not anything to be proud of. :D
