Really fun column on the myth of Patriots/Brady doubters.

The myth of the Patriots' underdog status

As a side note, there’s about 2-3 NBA players whose martyr complexes have begun to reach epic proportions, but I doubt ESPN would be this sarcastic against one of those stars.

    Is Vinovich from St. Louis?

News alert! There will be six other officials on the field for that game. And Vinovich won't throw one defensive holding or pass interference flag. It's also not his regular crew. The insanity that Bill Vinovich or any single white hat influences a game shows how out of touch people are with NFL (and college) officials. But because "Vinovich" is on the game, well, the fix is in.

Vinovich is one of the top white hats in the league. But show the record of the Rams with the back judge or down judge or side judge who is on the game.

(Pssst, it's easy. I have a record of every high school and college game that I've done. Position, record, location, score, home/road team, who was on the crew)

So I thought it would be easy tomorrow, until I found out Sarah Huckabee Sanders is a Chiefs fan. I can't root for the Patriots, so that means I'll be pulling for the Rams or Saints in two weeks.
