So Drew Brees is retiring right? Is the announcement pending a big unveiling/announcement by NBC? Are they negotiating with Al and/or Collinsworth? Or maybe want to say that Brees will be in Tokyo helping cover the Olympics? (but they want to make sure Tokyo is a full go).

    I didn’t know this was a thing.

The Twitters have been trying to generate a Russell Wilson-Seattle beef for a month now. There seem to be no legitimate signs of it.

That being said...The Bears should at least make a proposal

Who on earth decided that Drew Frigging Brees is a tv sports personality?

Not true at all, Wilson is not happy there. He is finally just speaking about it.

Wait, Da Bears but not the Niners?? I thought Wilson was a smart guy. Does he somehow think that it was all Trubisky's fault and that there is a nice offensive system in place in CHI?

They asked that about Troy Aikman, too.

Geographic midpoint, convenient travel to the coasts, especially for his wife. Rod Stewart stays in Chicago during his US tours.

And see I don't think it's that he's not happy there. He's just expressing some concerns with the personnel decisions and wants more protection for himself. Deshaun Watson is NOT happy in Houston. He wants out. Russell wants better from Seattle and is willing to leave if they can't appease him.

Giving up on Jimmy G already?

Jimmy G kind of sucks. They’d take Wilson in a heartbeat.
