In my experience, tickets are relatively easy to get for Mike from Sheboygan. You just have to have the nerve to wait until Sunday morning to start dickering with scalpers. It's flights in and out and hotel rooms that're the real bitch.

Believe Izenberg's is done. A friend of mine just wrote a book about him.
