    And newspaper types don't favor the term "circulation" for obvious reasons. They now use the term "readership" noting that more than one person usually reads each copy of the paper.

    yeah, that's bullshit if you ask me.
    that's like the janitor who prefers custodial engineer.

  8. Print circulation is down, but that's not really our problem.

    It's revenue. Hundreds of millions in classified revenue is gone and never coming back. Display ads are down. Online revenue accounts for only a drop.

    We have more readers (print and online) than ever before. That's not the problem.
