Accusations of sexism fly after an editor quits the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Alt-weekly has the accusatory e-mail and a response to it ...

Is it just me, or did the follow-up e-mail not exactly refute all her claims?

"It's been several days since I can recall someone joking about his/her penis size in a news meeting," isn't your strongest denial ever, now that I think on it.

Marilyn Mitchell's "fuck the glass" email to everyone at the paper is real mature, too.

I read this on Romenesko, and had the same reaction as Moderator1, Slappy and Ace ... Marilyn Mitchell might be difficult, but jeez. Not the atmosphere I'd want to foster.
