new year, new workouts, need new songs.

    my goal is the Long Island marathon in May. I-pod wise, I need songs to get me going in 2009. Please, no Rocky stuff, have that already. Give me some songs that get you going.

    Beyonce's Single Ladies has a nice beat. I photographed a little girl today who would only smile when hearing that song (I work in a photography studio).

    And in the cheesy department, Real American by Derringer (Hulk Hogan's entrance music) always gets me going.
