How can you spend more than a billion dollars on something and have it still have poles obstructing the view? It's not that hard not to.

 

Comerica Park's scoreboard is placed a wee bit more to the stands than it was supposed to be.
When the park opened, they realized that the left-field upper deck obstructed the sponsors panels.. The sponsors were pissed, the Tigers were pissed because the sponsors asked for a make-good...
Glad to see they do it bigger and better in NYC

I did not realize that the new stadium was also set up for football.

 

Obstructed view seats are for the baseball purists who like it "old school."

 

Perhaps the Yankees can install flat screens on the beams.
