    Job Description: Coordinate the daily operations of Penguins new media outlets, including content creation, data collection and daily updates. Oversee social media strategy and implementation. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and game nights.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    Manage Penguins Website Properties

    Oversee daily content updates to Penguins websites
    Technical management and maintenance of websites
    Coordinate flow of information from various contributing departments
    Develop and implement new online content and features
    Integrate social and emerging technologies
    Periodic redesign of website elements
    Create online forms for various departments
    Manage Penguins Social Media

    Coordinate daily social updates with all social contributors
    Plan and execute content strategy for social media
    Organize promotional giveaways and contests
    Research and implement emerging technologies
    Coordinate flow of information from various contributing departments
    Track effectiveness of social media campaigns
    Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communications, or related field
    Experience working on high-traffic websites including development and maintenance
    Website design and optimization experience
    Experience with social media campaigns
    Required Computer Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
    Preferred Computer Skills: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Flash, Javascript
