    Obviously the scale is smaller, but this seems very much a parallel to the IRS scandal, right down to the claims from the boss that he knew nothing.

    Maybe it was Christie and group that caused the traffic jam on
    HealthCare.gov and forced it to shut down.

    Ah, yes. One's a horrific civil war, the other is a political pissing match (and ok. where one grandmother might have died... as opposed to thousands.)
