New Freelancer In the St. Louis Area

    I'm a stringer, a freelancer, new to sports journalism, looking to get my feet wet. I've written fictional short stories and feature stories about music, but am a new and enthusiastic convert to writing about the world of athletics. I can promise that what I lack in experience I make up for in energy and work ethic. I am looking to cover any event at any level, high schoool, college, pro, anywhere within a reasonable radius of the St. Louis metropolitan area. If you need coverage, please give a newbie a chance.
