new book on how the baseball beat writer is no longer king

    an examination of how life for sportswriters at newspapers -- more specifically baseball beat folks -- has changed (for the worse, imo). through the ees/voices of 23 veteran baseball beat guys. sounds like a great read:


    anyone around here read it yet? addresses several of the concerns/gripes often whines about here at SportsJournalists.com.
