John Lennon's rip on McCartney: "How Do You Sleep"

This one, he calls McCartney a See You Next Tuesday:

Lennon and McCartney fell victim to the same problem affecting a lot of solo artists from great bands -- not having anyone around anyone to tell them when they were full of shit, allowing them to indulge their worst instincts after the initial rush of solo freedom ran out.

Oh I'll watch/listen to it any time it comes on, b/c it's so awful it's almost good.

    But it sucks. Turbosucks, even.

I meant the song. God I LOVED that song when it was out. I must have been under the influence of pure Colombian dork.

The movie? Like you I'll watch it knowing it reeks of fail.

"Tonight's The Night" and "Crocodile Rock" get played a million times a day on radio. Doesn't make them good, either.

Haha I was talking about the song/video, which is awful on an epic scale.

As for the movie...even at 12 or 13, I thought it looked horrible.

Yeah but "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy" is still good, right?

Tonight's the Night is a very good song, as is Do Ya Think I'm Sexy and The Final Acclaim. Hot Legs: meh

True. That would have been an improvement.

What about the voice of Geddy Lee? How did it get so high? I wonder if he speaks like an ordinary guy?

On the Bob and Doug McKenzie album, he sounds normal...for a Canadian (ducking)
