    "Leaders" and "Legends"

See, we're being serious. That's not snark. Or a joke. Those are the actual names.

This is the most I've laughed at the Big Ten since the last time Ohio State played an SEC team in a bowl.

Maybe there was an agreement, "We'll name the fucking trophy after you . . . now QUIT!!"

The two greatest longtime football traditions in the Big Ten are Michigan and Ohio State.

Bo and Woody would have been fine. So would many things other than leaders and legends.

Some marketing person is going to lose their job over this.

    Those division names ... wow!

Even "corn" and "soybeans" would have been better!

And the stupidity of naming every single trophy after two people seems downright inspired compared to the logo and division names.

The Rimington-Pace Lineman of the Year is a good one. How many years did Rimington play in the Big Ten? Hands, please?

I think the Divsions should have been called

The one with Michigan and Nebraska.

The one with Wisconsin, Penn State and Ohio State.

Brees gets the QB trophy named after him . . . ahead of Brady?

Or were there already, you know, way too many Michigan-centric awards?

And where's the Schlichter award (for most times covering the spread)?
